We want you to be happy with Oravia. If you're not completely satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we will refund your payment in full—no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Be within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • Have a valid payment receipt or confirmation
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Not have exceeded the usage limits of your plan significantly

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at billing@oravia.in with your account details
  • Or contact support through our Support Page
  • Include your payment reference number in the email
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

4. What We Refund

Eligible refunds include:

  • Monthly subscription fees (prorated for unused days)
  • Annual subscription fees (prorated for unused months)
  • Add-on purchases made within the last 14 days

5. What We Don't Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase date
  • Free plan usage (no payment was made)
  • Usage after account termination due to Terms violations
  • Payment processing fees charged by payment gateways
  • Custom development or integration services

6. Automatic Renewal Cancellations

If you've enabled automatic renewal and wish to cancel:

  • Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges
  • Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Auto-Renew
  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund for the current period if you cancel mid-cycle

7. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Significant feature degradation affecting core functionality
  • Cases reviewed and approved by our support team

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Additional processing fees
  • Potential restrictions on future use of our services

9. Subscription Downgrades

Instead of a refund, you may choose to downgrade your plan:

  • Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No partial credits for price differences
  • Features may be limited based on new plan

10. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Razorpay: Same as payment method timeline
